Keikyu Corporation opened its official Weibo account on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. This account marks the company’s third cross-group social media account for an overseas audience following Facebook and Instagram.

Keikyu Corporation will utilize the Weibo service for the purpose of communicating information to foreign tourists visiting Japan, particularly those from Greater China, as part of the company’s measures for stimulating inbound demand for Keikyu Group services. Using the likes of attractive photographs of locations along the Keikyu Line, the company will communicate sightseeing information that foreign tourists visiting Japan will find enjoyable, such as that on worthwhile sights and events, with a particular focus on the Haneda, Shinagawa, Yokohama, Miura Peninsula and other areas.
