The "Ota Tourist Information Center" opened on December 11 inside the commercial facilities directly connect to Keikyu Kamata Station, accessible in just 5 minutes from Haneda Airport International Terminal on the Keikyu Line.
Ota City features a concentration of tourist resources, including Ikegami Honmon-ji Temple, the Ota Marketplace, public baths and more, in an area close to Haneda Airport, and is very popular as a tourist area that can be easily visited during transfers when travelling to or from the airport, or in time before departures or after arrivals in Japan.
The center provides information on the above-noted tourist spots in addition to information on restaurants that only locals know of and events, and also holds daily courses where participants can easily and comfortably experience Japanese culture. See details below.
