Keikyu Corporation, which operates a railway which links Haneda Airport to the central Tokyo and Yokohama areas, is holding the "Keikyu Welcome Campaign" for overseas visitors to Japan to celebrate the increasing the number of afternoon departures and arrivals and expansion of the service city at Haneda Airport from March 30 (Sun.).
The campaign will run for 3 months from March 30 (Sun.) to June 30 (Mon.) at the Keikyu Tourist Information Center (Hereafter referred to as the "Keikyu TIC"), which carries out sales of passenger tickets and provides tourist information, with services always available in 4 languages, located in the 2nd floor arrivals lobby of the Haneda Airport International Terminal.
This campaign is for visitors from overseas who have just arrived in Japan and consists of the following. (1) Comparing the passport numbers of the visitors with the date of their arrival and providing those visitors for whom the last digit matches the date with a Keikyu original erasable ink pen, a popular stationary product unique to Japan. (2) Providing visitors for whom the last 2 digits of their passport number matches the date with a Keikyu original picture postcard set with images representative of Japan, such as mi-kaeri bijin (beautiful women looking back over her shoulder) and Mt. Fuji. (3) In addition, all visitors to the Keikyu TIC will be provided with coupons usable at some station kiosks and Keikyu Group facilities.
We plan to continue to improve the services and campaigns offered by the Keikyu Corporation and the Keikyu TIC based on the opinions of the visitors to Japan from overseas who make use of the railway and TIC.
