Nationwide Transit-Affiliated IC Card Service Available from March 23

Making Your Journey in Japan Smoother
Access 4,275 stations across Japan with a single PASMO card!
Starting Saturday, March 23, 2013, Keikyu Corporation (“Keikyu”), which operates train lines connecting Haneda Airport to central Tokyo and the Yokohama area, will begin offering a transit-affiliated IC card (passenger ticket) service that can be universally used all over Japan. This service will also be available using PASMO cards sold by Keikyu. With a single PASMO card, passengers can ride trains and buses from the Kansai, Fukuoka, Sapporo and other areas across Japan, as well as make purchases at transit-affiliated member stores using e-money.
Additionally, for foreign travelers, Keikyu offers a ticket set that combines PASMO with a passenger ticket enabling discounted transit between Haneda Airport International Terminal and Shinagawa or Yokohama (Keikyu Hane-Toku Discount Ticket). This ticket set is highly recommended to foreigners traveling to Japan through Haneda Airport.
A single PASMO card enables you to use train lines and buses from selected areas all across Japan!

The following services may be used with any one of the transit-affiliated IC cards indicated in 2. above:
  • Train lines or buses covered by this service in any of the areas cited.
  • Shopping using e-money at any of the transit-affiliated IC card member stores cited.(With the exception of PiTaPa member stores)
PASMO⇒In other words, a single PASMO card functions as a transit-affiliated card that gives you to access to 4,275 train line stations and 21,450 buses across Japan. Simultaneously, this card lets you use e-money to make purchases at approx. 198,750 stores around the country!

Ticket set combining PASMO (includes 1,500-yen charge and 500-yen deposit) and a Keikyu Hane-Toku Discount Ticket (round-trip discount passenger ticket for transit between Haneda Airport International Terminal Station and Shinagawa Station or Yokohama Station)
*Purchasers may choose their direction of travel (Shinagawa Station or Yokohama Station) upon purchasing the ticket.

  • This ticket set is intended for sale to foreign travelers visiting Japan. As such, customers will be asked to present their passport upon purchase.
  • The first 5,000 purchasers of this ticket set shall receive the below PASMO case free of charge.
